La imagen de arriba viene de mi
serie "paisajes digitales" y muestra el otoño de oro, que puede ser
visto sólo por unos pocos días al año. Desde la imagen de abajo muestra el
intento de traducir esta imagen digital de la pintura "real". No
estoy muy contento con el resultado. La luz dorada que en la versión digital
domina toda la imagen ha desaparecido. Pero doy gracias al cielo de que Maureen
Venegas y los demás maestros amistosos de la Casa del Artista en San José me dan la oportunidad de hacer los primeros pasos en el campo de la pintura de
acuarela.
The
first picture above comes from my series "digital
landscapes" and shows the golden autumn, which can be seen only for a few
days a year. The image below shows the attempt to translate this digital image
by "real" painting. Yet I'm not very happy with the result. The
golden light that, in the digital version, dominates the whole picture, has
disappeared. But I thank heaven that Maureen Venegas and the other friendly
teachers of the Casa del Artista in San José are giving me the chance, to
make the first steps in the field of watercolor painting.
