Everybody was taking of the venus transit in the last few week. Because it was the last event of this kind for the next hundred years. I think, artists are no longer alowed to this just in a global way. Our globe is much too small already, the eyes of mankind are looking much more further out. Art can not close their eyes and neglect scientific developments. We have to think in a cosmic way. So I call this picture "the earth transit over the sun corona seen by the planet Mars".
Todo el mundo estaba hablando del Tránsito de Venus en las semanas últimas. Debido a que era el último evento de este tipo para los próximos cien años. Creo que per los artistas ya no se permitió absorber en una vista sólo de una manera global. Nuestro tierra es demasiado pequeño ya, los ojos de la humanidad están mirando hacia fuera mucho más allá. El arte no puede cerrar los ojos y el abandonar la evolución científico. Tenemos que pensar en una manera cósmica. Así que llamo a esta imagen "el tránsito terrestre sobre la corona solar vista por el planeta Marte".

It is a powerful picture, concentration of energy - for me. We are lifes that want to live in a life that whats to live (A.Schweitzer!)- to find ways to manage it in relationship with other people is - for me - the most challenging thing in our time.
